Tops In Connecticut 2006 The 2006 edition of Tops in Connecticut was judged on Sunday, November 12, 2006 at 1 p.m. at the Milford Fine Arts Center. Special Participant The youngest person entering our competition this year was Alexandra Goldin who attended and assisted with the judging.
